About Veri-Shift
Veri-Shift helps UK pharmacies and GP practices pay locums correctly, by checking every invoice against the shift that was actually booked.
Locum cover is essential to community pharmacy and general practice, but the admin around it is painful. Hours get over-claimed, day rates get mixed up, and surprise overtime slips through — usually spotted only after payment, if at all. Veri-Shift was built to close that gap.
What we do
You book a locum shift with its rate and hours. Your locum submits their invoice through a free Locum Hub on any phone. Veri-Shift checks the claim against the booked shift instantly — rate, hours and totals — and flags anything that does not match before you pay. Verified invoices can be forwarded straight to your accountant.

Independent and multi-branch community pharmacies, and GP practices across the UK that work with locum pharmacists, technicians and dispensers.
